Lincoln Property Tax and Revaluation Notice

Lincoln has finalized its property tax commitment for fiscal year 2027. The town’s mill rate for the year is 15.20, meaning $15.20 in property tax for each $1,000 of taxable assessed value.

Who Is Handling Assessing

Field staff may be visiting properties as part of the town’s revaluation work. Information about the inspectors is available on MCG’s team page.
What the Revaluation Means
Lincoln is updating property assessments town-wide to reflect current market values. Inspectors are already visiting properties, and some visits may include an interior review.
Homeowners who want an interior inspection can arrange one by calling 207-605-0200. Those who do not want one can instead submit the town’s online survey.
